How can I check that a greenhouse worker can do the job?

Are the test tasks fixed?
No. The tasks on this page are examples. The test is agreed for each role and employer, and it does not replace a licence or certificate the destination requires.
Do workers pay for this?
No. SODH does not charge workers for skills verification or access to opportunities.
Can SODH guarantee greenhouse staff for my project?
