This policy applies to paid services purchased from SODH by employers, recruitment agencies, and other organisations. Specific agreements or order forms take precedence where they differ.

How cancellations and refunds work for paid SODH services.

2. No fees for workers
SODH does not charge workers recruitment fees. If anyone asks you for payment in SODH's name, contact hello@sodh.ai.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Service-based fees
Fees for services already delivered, such as completed assessments, training, or verification work, are non-refundable. Fees for services not yet started may be refunded on request.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@sodh.ai with your organisation name, invoice number, and reason within 14 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
