Information from partners, such as recruitment agencies, assessment providers, or employers, where you have engaged with them through SODH.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve our services, match workers with opportunities, coordinate assessments, training, verification, and documentation, communicate with you, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process information based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation, as appropriate to each purpose.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed: with employers and recruiters you choose to engage with, service providers acting on our behalf, verification and assessment partners, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

As a global platform, we may transfer information across borders. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
