2. Our services
SODH helps employers, recruitment agencies, and workers coordinate discovery, assessment, training, verification, documentation, and hiring. Platform capabilities are in active development and may change.
3. No guarantees of outcome
SODH does not guarantee employment, placement, visas, or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers and other parties, not by SODH.
4. Accounts and conduct
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not misuse the platform, including by submitting false documents, harassing others, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the service.
5. Fees
Where services are paid, fees and payment terms will be agreed in a separate order or agreement. Workers are not charged recruitment fees by SODH.
6. Intellectual property
SODH owns the platform, brand, and content we provide. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to use it to provide the services.
7. Third parties
The platform may connect to partners and third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SODH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You may stop using SODH at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting SODH entity is established, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
