Policy
Responsible AI Policy
AI agents coordinate. People verify skills in person. Humans decide.
- 01
Principles
Use AI to reduce coordination work, not to replace human judgement about a person's skills, suitability or future. Keep outputs explainable, evidence-based and open to correction.
- 02
Human oversight
Human assessors conduct practical trade tests and approve scores. People review document flags and check outcomes. Employers decide who to hire; workers consent and decide whether to accept opportunities.
- 03
Data use
Use only information relevant to the hiring task, with clear consent and restricted access. Do not use worker information for unrelated purposes. Retention periods, providers and cross-border handling will be published before the platform handles worker data.
- 04
Bias checks
We intend to review outputs for unfair patterns, test across relevant languages and roles, and give people a way to challenge mistakes.
- 05
Contact and concerns
Write to info@sodh.ai to ask about AI use, flag an incorrect output or raise a fairness concern. Avoid sending passport copies or other sensitive documents in an initial email.
