What SODH is, who it is for, and how we approach trust, data, and fair recruitment.
About SODH
What is SODH?
SODH is building an AI-native, agentic workforce platform. It is designed to coordinate everyone involved in skilled, cross-border hiring (employers, recruitment agencies, workers, training providers, verification agencies, and visa or documentation partners) in one shared workflow, from skills discovery to onboarding.
Is SODH a job board or a recruitment agency?
Neither. A job board lists vacancies, and an agency runs recruitment on an employer's behalf. SODH is the coordination layer between all the parties, so requirements, assessments, documents, and status are shared instead of being rebuilt at every handoff. Agencies are one of the groups we are building for.
Is the platform live?
Not yet. SODH is in active development, and we are working with early employers, agencies, and training partners to design it around real hiring workflows. Features described on this site explain what we are building and our vision, not a finished product.
What does "agentic" mean here?
It means software agents that carry out multi-step work, such as turning a role description into a structured brief, matching candidates, requesting documents, and keeping every party updated. Agents prepare and organise the work. People make the hiring, legal, visa, and eligibility decisions.
Which industries does SODH focus on?
We are focusing first on construction and skilled trades, manufacturing and industrial operations, logistics and warehousing, agriculture and food production, hospitality and facilities services, and household and care-related services where lawful and appropriate.
For employers and agencies
How would SODH help my organisation hire?
SODH is designed to help you define a clear brief for each role, see candidates whose skills and readiness match it, track verification and documents in one place, and move through interviews, offers, and onboarding with shared status across every partner involved.
Does SODH make hiring decisions for us?
No. SODH is designed to organise information and recommend next steps. Employers decide who to hire, and authorised professionals handle legal, immigration, and eligibility decisions.
Can recruitment agencies use SODH?
Yes. Agencies are a core part of the ecosystem. The platform is being designed so agencies can source and assess candidates, manage pipelines, and coordinate with employers and partners in one workspace.
How can we become an early partner?
Send us a message through the contact page and tell us about your hiring needs, markets, and timelines. We are talking with early partners to shape the platform.
For candidates and workers
Can I apply for jobs through SODH today?
Not yet. Candidate profiles and applications are part of the platform we are building. If you would like to hear when it is available, you can contact us through the contact page, but please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information.
Will I have to pay to get a job through SODH?
SODH does not take payments through this website. We support fair recruitment principles, under which workers should not be charged recruitment fees. If anyone asks you for money in SODH's name, do not pay, and contact us first.
Does completing a training course guarantee a job or a visa?
No. Training can help you close a skill gap and strengthen your profile, but it does not guarantee a job, a visa, or work authorisation. Course completion is also not the same as a professional licence.
Who will be able to see my information?
The platform is being designed so that checks run only with your consent, and partners see only what they need for their step. You should be able to see your profile, choose who it is shared with, and ask for corrections or deletion.
For training, verification, and mobility partners
How do training providers fit in?
Training providers deliver courses and practical assessments. SODH is designed to recommend training only where employer demand has been validated, and to add completed qualifications and evidence to the worker's reusable profile.
How do verification agencies and visa partners fit in?
Verification agencies run consent-based identity, credential, and background checks. Visa and documentation partners support lawful document preparation and mobility processes within their authorised scope. SODH coordinates the requests, status, and results between them and the other parties.
Trust, data, and compliance
Does SODH guarantee visa approval or placement?
No. Visa and work authorisation decisions are made by the relevant authorities, and hiring decisions are made by employers. SODH does not guarantee placement, visa approval, or work authorisation.
How does SODH handle personal data?
We are designing the platform around consent, data minimisation, purpose limitation, and need-to-know access. You can read more on our Data Privacy page, and our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information.
Is the contact form secure for sending documents?
Please do not send passports, identity documents, visa records, or other sensitive information through the contact form. It is meant only for partnership and general enquiries.
